Who still gets customer feedback via email? 🙋♂️
Who sometimes loses that feedback in their inbox? 🙋♂️
Who has a way to get that feedback into Cycle? 🙋♂️
Forward feedback to your Cycle Inbox
We’ll automatically map the sender as a customer and assign the feedback to yourself
Did you know a diamond's cut determines how much light the stone reflects?
At Cycle, we see feedback like diamonds 💎
It's collected rough and unpolished but can become extremely valuable with some cutting.
Here's how to cut a diamond, the Cycle way 👇
Does that mean we’ll never ship analytical scoring capability? No, we’re actually on it and see scores as a helpful way to communicate the rationale behind product priorities. But we just don’t believe in prioritization based on these scores 😊
They don’t hide behind fancy prioritization scores: they have deep empathy for customers, solid market knowledge, and strong opinions on where the product should go. Those are the teams we’re building Cycle for.
So why capturing product feedback anyway?
The best product teams we’ve worked with seem to use feedback not as a way to figure out what to build but rather as a way to develop product sense and build trust with customers.
We just don’t think that counting feature requests is a good way to decide what to work on.
There are two kinds of products in this world: those that try to please everyone and those that take a stance. We believe in products that take a stance.

integration just got a huge upgrade! My favorite use case: send NPS survey results into Cycle's inbox where they can be processed in no time. Customers are automatically mapped 🤓
Get the most out of your feedback surveys by sending them straight to your Cycle workspace with our new Zapier integration Link survey respondents to Cycle customers
Map data to custom feedback properties

Help your sales team help you 🙌👉 Setup content templates in our HubSpot integration
Content templates help you pre-fill feedback docs with the structure and formatting you want.
Your customer-facing teams will always know exactly how to structure feedback.
Feedback isn't all the same. Some teams like to label it by properties such as feedback type, product squad, a major customer, you name it.
Cycle lets you split your Inbox the way that fits your needs so you can process feedback in a full-focus mode🧘♀️
What’s your ideal split?
I never liked the negative connotation of the "management" part of "product management". Shouldn't we drop it altogether and call ourselves producers instead of product managers?
Design makers = designers
Engineering makers = Engineers
Product makers = Producers 🤷♀️
Back then, the PayPal team opted to call the product role “producers” instead of “product managers.” To call them ‘product managers’ would have implied that their job was just to ‘manage things’ as opposed to ‘make things happen.’
Love it! 💙

Full pricing details 👉http://cycle.app/pricing
We decided to offer unlimited free collaborators in all plans. It means that Cycle will be forever free for folks like designers, engineers, and customer-facing teams. It’s part of our mission to make product management more accessible.
We wanted our price per seat to be as low as possible to reduce the barrier for expansion – it should be an easy decision to offer maker seats to every new PM in an organization.
Why a combination of both a base fee and a fee per seat? In our research, we found that the first seat was much more valuable than the next ones so it’s a way for us to align with perceived value.
