Does this force the hand of other realtors? If other for sale signs in the neighborhood don’t add that rider, WHAT ARE THEY IMPLYING?

To be clear, information empowers people. Vulnerability through disclosure and transparency? That's a good thing. That's how we build confidence and trust. No SoundCloud, but you can read my book about trust: https://amazon.com/dp/1989603920/ Which is also NOT HAUNTED.pic.twitter.com/k8YSwya4Ws

so it's safe to assume any house without that sign is haunted right
-
Meant to ask, how are you settling in at the new digs? Any trouble from the neighbors at THE CEMETARY NEXT DOOR?

I choose to believe they have a stack of those signs in storage. "Bill, can you grab me a 'Not Haunted' sign for my new listing?"
-
"Don't you have three new properties today? I'll grab you a bunch of them." "Don't bother. I only need the one."

There's a real estate agent in New Orleans who uses those, and the other side says "HAUNTED". Works for everyone!!!
-
just think: with facial recognition, machine learning and ocr the sign could change automagically depending on who passes it! *disappears into the bushes*

Also aren't most of the houses in your area new construction??? wtf has been going on down there that haunting is a concern
-
No, it’s a mix. Lots from the late 1700s and 1800s and a few one-room schoolhouses. And cemeteries. There’s old, and then there’s olde.
