When we started onboarding to Dapper Wallet, we had two options: 1. Maintain Royalties manually (this is what was suggested to us originally) 2. Utilize royalties metadata standards We chose the latter

TS League Pass challenge is 👌 -> race to 1000 & crafting for a non-moment reward are wins *Hate* that it is yet another challenge that rewards those who hold the *worst* rares 🤦‍♂️ Not ideal -> league pass is a nice perk for international collectors. Many are asleep right now.

There is far too much "it'll all be fine" out here imho. All these things alter buyer behavior. Relying on dapper to "make up for it" is dangerous and unsustainable

Re Weekend Challenge 1) Chaos ensues if no teams go 2-0/0-2 🍿 2) It's v important to distinguish between helping "rare tier/TSD as a whole" and "absolute floor qualifying rare/TSD" This, like most forms of gamification to date, rewards floor players/momes within a grouping

It’s important to remember that Dapper is a business. Ideas that generate revenue (pack sales in this case) are more actionable than ‘give us free things.’ While they raised a lot of $, they have expenses and, more importantly, need to show NBA real + sustainable revenue (2/2)

Would be fun if Top Shot included redeemable ‘experience/item’ cards in pack drops: 1) Nike card - redeemable for free pair or guaranteed access to exclusive drop 2) NBA team card - redeemable for 100 level tix for any game + food/drink voucher 3) Supreme, Fortnite, etc (1/2)
