So a term for algorithm+data? Because it's just as easy to run the algorithm over the top 1000 most followed PoC on Twitter as whatever dataset they used. It's a biased predictor whatever the source material, but it's much easier to reinforce cultural biases than challenge them

Algorithm is literally the wrong word for these systems because a proper "algorithm" has no bias*.
