    Now this is interesting!! Paying per employee instead of sf. Not sure who it would help more but I’m guessing the landlord as tenants continue to lessen the amount of sf they use per person.

    A new real estate consumption model? Per employee instead of per square foot? ⁦⁩ we believe that would drive more “value” for the landlord and it’s customers (formerly known as tenants 😉)
