    .: We're already in a constitutional crisis. The fact that it's not a violent constitutional crisis doesn't change that you have essentially discussion about whether the president of U.S. can ignore checks & balances the founding fathers created over that office.

    .: It's really about the Constitutional powers of Congress to ensure oversight of the Executive Branch. It's called balance of powers... They can go to court to tell the court to enforce the subpoena... the problem is it can take a very long time.
