OS X finder loses its location randomly and reverts back several folders..10.6 and 10.7, so maddening...does this happen to anyone else?!?!

@maxtannone oh dang that sucks, 10.7 runs pretty sluggish on my 07 MacBook Pro, scared to upgrade to MT Lion…
@StevenHaye i have 10.7.4 on a late 2006 macbook pro (3gb ram, ssd)... runs pretty well...cant go to 10.8 though :(

@maxtannone been thinking of getting an SSD for mine. I think 07 models were last to officially support 10.8 Heard of hacks for older ones. -
