#NYC should be cutting contracts with for-profit, Fortune 500 companies before we cut any nonprofit providing essential services in a community.
I can think of several billion dollars in cuts we can make before we touch our nonprofits.

You can start with the year and a half bus pad project at 72nd and 1st. That contractor has been ripping the city off with its delays and poor work for too long. Your office has been alerted to it many times for over a year. Still going on.

About finding cuts. Wasteful spending should be cut. Investigating the city getting ripped off by a for profit company is a start. That’s exactly what’s been happening and the workers there have acknowledged that.
