      Numbers dropped so low in WoD they stopped publicly releasing sub numbers. It's no coincidence that expansion is also when the largest ability pruning happened. Class design has been horrible since WoD.

      I didn't say it was tied to the decline in buttons to push. I used it as reference towards catering to casual vs hardcore crowds. That includes a multitude variables. #context

      I did see it. The red line is when it went from being minor changes to introducing LFR and multitudes of more drastic adjustments towards the casual masses.

      If you think Legion catered to casual players with the current Legendary & AP systems, I don't know what your definition of casual is. Legion is good no doubt, but it absolutely gave hardcore players more of a time investment.

      This is so wrong. You’re looking at it as the game is now 1.5 years later. Look how many hardcore guilds died and bled players because it was impossible to keep up.
