They can’t tune content that world first guilds won’t laugh at because if they did it would kill their game when the 99% couldn’t kill something. Now there will be more of a balance to that.

The big overarching thing that is missed with arguments made about PL is that now the raiding content will (conceivably) be better for everyone. For years they have had to make the instance challenging for split raid guilds and also casual guilds.

The cycle now is blizzard makes bosses that will be “challenging” to lesser guilds in bosses 1-9 and top world guilds kill them in sub 10 pulls because there is no good middle ground without making the instance extremely hard for the 99%

Personally i wouldnt mind them making a raiding scene in tourny realms where everything is a set ilvl and they invite likr 10-20 top guilds to race in a one day event with a prize pool. Blizzard needs to set up crowd funding pve shit asap
