Best thing they could do in BFA is make tanking an attractive option to a talented player. Instead they are making it more brainless, thus furthering the problem.

You made a good choice with pally. Pally has so much more raid utility than any tank. Hand of the protector is broken for progression. You just didn’t see them a lot on the top end because the whole expansion before this tier they had this weird breakpoint of 1/1
not needing heals to needing to get spammed. That and also sucking so bad on any difficult consistent damage fight (Ursoc, Krosus). Obviously still doable but when you killing them in 1-10 pulls it was just never worth the risk. 2/2

Exactly. it was a blast actually having to manage cooldowns and having that utility. In my heart I will always be a duel wield frost tank though :(
