The main question i still get asked is “how do I move up the guild ladder”, requires too much context to answer generally but does make me wonder. It’s surprising no one has committed to making a real kick-ass guild recruitment/finder tool.

There is a massive market for it if done right and it’s probably the last thing that wow desperately needs. Right now there are a few of them but none seem to stand out and be the “go-to” tool. Hopefully someone is working on this.
Another thought may be there is no real metric on determining a good player as logs are extremely misleading, and that is why nothing like this has ever happened.

One thing that would really help mid tier guilds live is allowing some flex in Mythic after race is over (17-23). Would make things easier sure, but more importantly would allow guilds to keep their bench interested, or run a raid when people burnout/ real life interferes.
