How is it possible that ele shaman is the only dps spec in the game that didn't get its BiS legendary until the reset AFTER mythic denathruis died. @WatcherDev this has to have been an oversight, its more than 6% ST difference than the second best limiting their viability.
doesn't get enough attention as ele is kind of the red-headed step child of ranged in a way because there are so few ranged specs and they all have redeeming qualities that get them brought to raid except ele(since they basically removed their funnel)

Dude tell me about it! I was feeling pretty lackluster not having my ST legendary for the first 4 weeks in an xpac, when I think most peoples best were obtainable from the start. I'm just an aotc raider but man did that feel bad!
I really hope they reconsider why Elemental Shaman are never seen in world 1st kills anymore, (lack of immunity, no raid utility that isn't overlapped by another class) and start giving us Sith Lords the respect we deserve :)
There are lots of specs that never get into world firsts though, they stack the fotm builds for obvious reasons
This is the kind of stuff as weird/confusing as having only half the classes being able to get weapons with higher ilvl during nyalotha(but actually worse). Sometimes I really wonder wtf goes through blizz devs head to let this stuff even go live.
Yea. Fundementally it doeant make sense. I think the core elements in games should be ironed out by now. And they can work on better systems to keep classes closer together in strengh. Like why even bring an ele shamen.
