Join a Discord server with bots that tell you when GPUs drop and camp that way. Putting it in your case is usually just a matter of removing the existing GPU and clipping it in, there are plenty of well done and helpful tutorials for it on YouTube

I don't know man but even a 3080ti OC is hard AF to get hands on. Every single one that goes on stock is sold almost instantly. I've lost my hope this year.
