The 16hr start week 1 means nothing, the reset days can. This scenario (earlier reset) could only happen if @LimitGuild killed the boss within hrs of reset with the upgraded gear from reset. Then if @EchoGuild cleared within similar timescale after their reset, debate commences.

This is not exactly true as you did not have extended maintenance on your reclear week. Giving you a 16 hour headstart with which to drastically increase your ilvl. Even with Global release I still think you win this tier, but there were two resets, one of which had no bugs
