He’s saying his guild did the same raid over and over again for weeks and weeks just to see one item drop that everyone needed. When it finally did drop in the weeks and weeks of farming only one person had it. PL gives you a better chance at getting several of that item, no?
what he means is master loot can drop items that literally nobody in the raid can equip, let alone use. but it's a simple fix, add the PL drop logic to ML.
