No, the actual personal loot mixed with the ilvl is the perfect response for stupid split raid.
Just let us trade all loot that drops but keep personal loot>>guild master loot>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>the current loot system

If they didn't have the ilvl thing some raid leaders would surely say give this item to that person or you are out of the raid. Now they have no way of doing that. Still stupid tho.

unfortunately the reason that won't go for Blizz is cause the logic they don't want master loot is "if you CAN trade it people will MAKE you trade it". I think an opt-in for trading all loot would be a good "Role Check" type of option for parties/raids
