it just depends on their philosiphy. if they want raids to be harder(good thing) this is a step in the right direction. If they were happy with what it was last expac it will likely get nerfed

I really hope they dont nerf the raid based on intial public reaction, they probably tuned it for legendaries and 203 ilvl which you can get in 2-3 days of m+ farming. Guilds who are trying it at 183 no legos are SUPPOSED to struggle.

maybe they low key want normal to be a thing some guilds do. my guilds have always went straight to heroic and only did normal as optional during extra time

yea im with you. I have some serious qualms with some of the difficulty level of torghast and that, but nathria feels just right. It was an appropriate struggle for our guild tonight. Wipes felt like learning experiences.

My guild tried with avg 175 and some legos (we are just an aotc guild), and It was fantastic, every wipe teach us something. We all hope it doesnt get nerfed.

similar situation in my guild. it felt like genuine progression with each wipe. not sure if it’s the new raid entirely or some new faces on our team, but a fantastic experience so far.
