Hey I'm in that guild too lol. If it also adds to your information about world BoE drops, the paragon chests have given me random iLev loot too that I can never pin-point on what I will get. I might be late on this but also not sure if they fixed that yet.

Because if you can fully equip players in HC gear from BoEs then the game becomes pay to win for the high end raiders who will be forced to spend a fortune filling all these slots for god knows how many characters for the race.
