I feel it's easier to have blizzard take action on threat changes than have them address tank dps. So I'll take what we can get. :)
Still feel like threat is a bad change. The issue is not that tanks generate too little threat. It’s that they deal too little damage especially compared to pally/VDH. That problem doesn’t go away with threat increase

Aside from tank threat comparison, it'll be nice as a Guardian Druid considering that thrash is a 5 sec cd(reduced w/ haste) and swipe is aoe capped to 5. Hopefully it's enough of an increase to not have to chase down enemies on a pull w/o Incarn - M+

You are correct though. The problem won't go away since the output from those two are so much higher. The only way for Guardian to keep up is from sacrificing so much defense. But then still, protpal/vengdh pull ahead both defensively & in dmg output.

problem will just come back every tier, and they’ll need to keep increasing threat generation because tanks don’t scale at same pace as dps. same shit different expansion.

I wouldn't mind tanks dealing virtually no damage as long as threat is fine and all of them are about the same. (Obviously not a tank player and I understand it might be very unfun to not deal any damage as a tank)

This is clearly a good change. Tanks not being able to keep threat isn’t fun for anyone in the group. I agree tanks should do more damage, but this is a step in the right direction.
