Same goes for getting into and playing Alphas/Betas of games for me.
watching people play games on stream before they release for everyone else usually kills the game for me. Not sure if thats a common feeling.

Depends on the game. If it's a story based game I won't watch but if it's something like an fps type game with not much story to it, Ill watch it to see what's up

I remember when Dark Souls 3 was given to some streamers 3 weeks early. 3 weeks. Couldn't watch Twitch for nearly a full month to avoid spoilers for my most anticipated game of that year.
