All or most talent rows should be like this, yet you probably could count less than 10 across all specs in the game. Some talents could even be buffed by 1000% and still be mediocre or not used(and they have been that way for years).

The only reason I bring this up is if it’s possible for things to be tuned that poorly for years it has to be an understaffing problem. I wonder how many devs are assigned to each class/spec or how they rotate between

What always bothers me is when a talent is a chunk more dps, but is just not a lot of fun to play in my eyes. There are a few long cool down talents that are extremely easy to lose full use of due to mechanics, latency, or even bad luck. I do prefer shorter cooldowns.

I just prefer when passive talents aren't blanket the best in every situation (looking at you, max tier of boomkin talent).

I think the only talent I consistently changed for Destro throughout BFA was the utility ones. For the actual throughput decisions, pretty much everything had a clear cut winner, so there was no point picking anything else in the vast majority of situations.
