Well Pulverize is what, 10s uptime every 30s? Puts it closer to a tank-buster mitigating CD and this as a just general flat damage modifier. Maybe they can shift this to magic damage since that's Guardians weakness atm.

Is refreshing it refreshing the duration and adding a stack? It's possible they just make each stack it's own independent duration. Similar to Ironfur. But either way it's still pretty busted.
