This talent stacking is looking pretty good maybe too good once you get enough haste and crit. Bare minimum though as a guardian you could gaurantee a 30% reduction for any big hit every 10-15 seconds. Also decent ST bump for them too.pic.twitter.com/3reAmOpioR
My only gripe is why remove lunar beam, it was horribly tuned but this talent and pulverize on the same row serves no purpose, its just a better pulverize in every way. Should bring back lunar beam but make its damage relevant which hasn't been in 4 years

I agree that 30% max stack could be neat, but it would be a bit too good if you're getting procs left and right. Maybe have them work like Ironfur stacks ? So a 3rd stack at 6 seconds in wouldn't refresh the previous 2.

why on earth do you need crit...its not needed for bears as we just need haste>vers>mast>crit
