they increased SotR uptime with these changes but nerfed its effectiveness. Even with the 5% from consecrate nerfing them defensively is a big yikes
I just dont get their design philosophy with them. If they're as tanky as other tanks they do more damage and have more util so they're perma brought. so they make them weaker defensively to compensate for that but its so much they're also never brought. Dont know fix
