I have YouTube TV with no issues. What device are you streaming it with? I have mine through a Roku Ultra with a direct connection.

I stopped YouTube tv for that reason. Would have issues with YouTube tv but could stream 4K content on Apple TV just fine. Shows were blurry most of the time

I stopped using them when they raised prices. The only other one I liked was FuboTV but also raised prices. Now I just my parents cable login to stream stuff lmao.

Broadcast tv is 29.97 fps... so technically ALL tv is under 30 fps...
