There’s a game designer at Bliz reading this and playing a tiny violin for you. The underlying premise is valid, but the argument needs to be made in a more productive way. This will get read as “I want to be WF but play less”, I don’t think Bliz cares.

It’s not even wf raiders. They have screwed secondary stats so much that items might not be upgrades when you get them. Having the choice to give it to someone who needs it more should be allowed. It’s a meaningful choice. The current system hurts everyone.

The restrictions were always weird. Why would a DH ever need this much mastery? Let me give it to my druid friend.

That would defet the purpose of personel loot
-
No it wouldn't mostly. All ilvl restriction does is force a narrative that it's better for you so you should equip it when in fact that is so wrong. It would still be up to the player to trade but give them more player choice to do so..
