How are you guilds handling the likely issue that a few raiders dont want to raid at all until pre patch or slands and some members want to full clear. Overheard a conversation of this in another guild that was struggling with this dilemma
obviously this is easy in a guild like ours because if you dont want to raid as much you can literally not raid, we also are mainly only raiding for sales. But how are you handling this in a guild that doesn't do sales?
Hypothetical example. Some people dont even want to just kill nzoth only every week(they all have mounts) and some players want to literally full clear for ranks
We raid Tuesdays and Weds, we go in, kill nzoth, get our mounts and GG.
We had this issue (11/12 guild that decided not to go for nzoth cos of roster issues) and lost a few good players after the guild decided to stop raiding till then. Honestly as a smaller/less progressed M guild not sure what the best thing is. Whatever you do will lose people.
We’re still going 2 nights a week trying get down as much as possible (started super late) but I def feel the burn out of people just waiting for SLands tho
We’ve been working on just a final push as we’re newer to the Mythic scene. We have people who just stay up to date with Beta and keep us really informed while we continue on. The team is more than 20 for us and the people not in raid still sit in discord or watch on twitch!

Think you just have to decide what kind of guild you want to be. We want to play the game every week. I love our friends but if they were like I need an extended break until SL we would recruit to replace. But a week here and there off is what we’re offering to counter loss
We are a 2 raid per week guild and killed Nzoth beginning of august but now we want to kill it again with for motivation to get the cutting edge for guildmates that didn’t get it because of summer holidays
