That patch was also delayed and this one is rushed 
Keep in mind in Nyalotha they did a different raid release schedule than they've done for a patch in years. Its possible they move the raid to be after or before thanksgiving.

ya it thought they would have released it the week before thanksgiving so WF raiding wouldnt really be bothered by thanksgiving or xmas

Thanksgiving and Christmas are cancelled this year in the US. We will all be home ready to watch the RWF!!!

Not likely because with this release date, the raid should be coming out right around when FFXIV's does, as is tradition.

If i had to guess, December first raid opens. Next week is mythic. That's their best possible timetable.

A solid 3 month grace period to lvl 12 alts, and try out all the conduits with weekly CD, so enough time to actually prepare for the tier
