Until they commit actual reward structures and achivements for doing certain things... the system id too narrow and gets boring quickly.
Man these covenant dungeon buffs are just driving home the narrative that blizzard REALLY doesn’t care for m+ and it’s not trending to be on the same level as raiding/pvp(in their eyes). Kind of a shame, M+ could be so sick.

Unpopular opinion but I think M+ is super incomplete and a bit overrated. The Guild Wars 2 Fractals system I think works way better from a design perspective

i guess its a conflict between making it a fun side activity or an esport, though there are certainly some who enjoy the esport angle of it for sure. Im personally a bigger fan of letting it be a fun side activity and not go down the esport route

Genuine question, not flaming. Do you think these dungeon buffs will make the atmosphere more or less fun? I’m of the opinion that wanting X class with Y covenant only for certain for dungeons will make the experience less fun for everyone but those exact combos

M+ could be incredible. And as someone who can only casually raid and doesn't PvP, M+ is basically the only real content for me in WoW now. It could be so much more...
