It blows my mind that people describe waking up in the morning as being “ready to go” especially on less than 8 hours sleep. I feel like I’m legit fighting a demon to get out of bed, even at my healthiest.

Do you snore? Might not be apnea but never hurts to check for it. You can be relatively healthy and still not getting enough oxygen when you sleep.

Hmm what about habits before goin to bed? Are you jumping from stimulus phone/computer/tv to bed, and have you tried taking some melatonin?
