Youth hockey players aren't allowed to fight. You get a game misconduct and a minimum one game suspension all the way up through college. Unless you're playing junior hockey which is entirely different. Also the Maple Leafs fan base is very unhappy with their teams performance.

played hockey my whole life we were fighting on the ice, in the locker room if there were problems. I'm sure its enforced most places, but I assure you not all.

Because Leafs fans are the biggest babies on the planet. They complain & whine when you poke fun at them but they love ripping on other teams. It also has to do with their is just a lot more Leafs fans than other teams fans so the complaining is amplified.

I don't know any Leafs fans like this, we tend to rip on our own team more than anyone else does. You must be thinking of Montréal.

I mean, leafs fans are a special group of people. Also, the super old school line of thinking is anything is allowed on the ice, but you should act classy off the ice.

I actually enjoy that more sports teams are picking up their social media campaigns with the flavor and style of esports! This feels like something you’d see on just about every esports teams twitter after a big win.

It’s a matter of the Toronto maple leafs being mad that the team is a joke (for a number of reasons) and Columbus took them out and posted a funny meme that honestly is probably accurate to how the Columbus blue jackets players feel, they killed the leafs in this series
