Also complaining about widely unliked things like the things I mentioned in my second tweet is good. They respond sometimes to all of their community speaking out against something that is bad for the game.
The other option is unsubscribing until 9.3 when they have things optimal, pretty disappointed but still have a sliver of hope they start communicating again soon.
