Disagree on falloff damage. PvP is already plagued with ‘how much damage is my ability actually doing’ due to hidden dampener. I’d rather have an ability do the same-ish damage every time than do less with more and vice versa. It’s just a headache in general

I think Strike of the Windlord kind of falloff in Legion Windwalker would be decent. It hit the primary target for 100% damage, and (100%/n) damage to the rest of the targets. So, 150% in 2 targets(100/50), 166% in 3 targets(100/33/33), 175% in 4 targets(100/25/25/25)...

Not necessarily that exact implementation everywhere, but I think something like that would work better than hard caps
