Quick correction for Rogues. Crimson Tempest is capped to 8 even though it and FoK have tooltips that say "all". Blade Flurry activation is capped at 5.

Really dont understand the cap at all, the literal best case scenario is we are all wrong and its doesn't matter, in which case why bother? It's an irrelevant change. Worse case is a level of decision making thats core to m+ has been deleted
