Paladin tanks have huge single target/Immunity/second immunity(you can put on anyone)/cheat death ability(you can target others with)/WoG spammable when not tanking/an external/other paladin abilities. If they make paladins as tanky as others no other class will be brought

you'll likely just see WW's. Consider looking at bringing a WW over another melee as gaining all of the things I just listed as a brewmaster brings nothing more than what ww brings except statue. Also Windwalker is historically a fine class just poorly tuned on live ATM
