  Sounds like a viewer raid project though :) Only 1 covenant viewer clear and compare between them how you can negate boss mechanics, ignore others, etc.

  Last tier could be a mega raid. 2-3 bosses in each zone where you’re covenant locked, once you get the <insert artifact / keystone name here> you can go to the central main raid and use all your experience to open the <insert ultimate shadowlands zone raid >

  Would be cool if alliance and horde of the same covenant could join together and do content of some sort. Instead it being faction vs faction, it's a covenant vs covenant war. That would fit the grand scheme better of not being able to switch covenants since they're at war
