If this is the trade we've gotta make to lose azerite/corruption/titanforging/essences/etc. then sign me up 100 times out of 100. This is such a much more acceptable level of variance.
might be in the minority but I have 0 problem with the 5% spell variance. Gotta pick battles, that is NEVER going to matter over the course of a fight, if anything i agree that philosophically rng bad/skill good thing but this just isnt important enough to widely complain about

There is absolutely no way over the course of a 10 minute fight that a pull would end up one way or the other because of this change.

Think many people just mind why its brought back to begin with when it really doesnt do anything, the feeling theyre talking about is in the game naturally with proccs/talents etc. That goes for me atleast, i just think its useless to bring back in the first place.

at this point Blizz has been damn near militant with their decisions to just screw over certain sets of the playerbase to placate another sect that doesn't spend nearly as much time money or effort into the game. This is why people rally against every minor detail

My main concern is the unnecessary lag it will cause, may it be minor but in a large player environment it’s gotta do x amount of calculations, not just 1 without the variance
