one cool new thing i've found from final fantasy so far is their offensive and defensive cooldowns arnt on the global and it seems to flow so well lol

Would you rather have longer GCDs and more abilities off the gcd (like FF) or something similar to WoW where the GCD is shorter but most of your abilities are on it?

The GCD in WOW feels as long as XIV's since bfa with fewer ogcds.

They also have a 2 second global, yes?

2.5, but all classes have abilities that they can use out of GCD to make it flow a bit faster.

ogcd order matters but the fact that theyre (mostly) independent from your gcd rotation is comfy
