I remember liking that same review. There were other good reviews too it basically comes down to same thing. It’s not the plot that was problem, it was actual character development issues that I obviously won’t go over on twitter because spoilers. I’ll probably more at later date

I literally could not have cared less for Abby. It felt like a drag being forced to play as her for 7 hours. And then Ellie’s story doesn’t even finish the job after she murders 100+ other people to get to one person. Then she learns empathy?

there's a lot of unnecessary violence. on top of that we have to hunt our beloved part 1 characters when we play as the villian. lol, without going into spoilers i would buy the game. but not at the current price tag. you will be extremely disappointed coming from the 1st.
