this feels bad. conduits is a objectively "clucky" statstic. legendaries u can only wield 1, and mby 2 later on. so if you compare this to legion effects its really underwhealming. EVEN WITH Lackluster covenants abilities it seems coveluted and bad, and im not exicted.
