I cannot believe how bad @eahelp is. I have put in multiple requests to have them look at my Apex account that was hacked when we were doing MDI cups. Every ticket leads to no response its been over a month of constant attempt to reach out. didn't respond to a dm on twitter1/2
until the morning i got verified(LMAO) and that conversation led to them just saying I need to open another ticket. every ticket I open has them not respond but still says "waiting on player". In a world of bad tech support this is a new low.

Last time I had issues with my Origin account I called them and got great support, as well as everyone I know that talked to them directly. Their tickets and stuff don't seem to work very well at all, though(for anyone).

They dont care... @EASPORTSFIFA have the worst lagging servers, bad gameplay etc and they dont respond to tickets with bugs etc, but if you do here a comment that you have trouble with fifa points (pay2win currency), they respond in couple of minutes. Its trash company
