I cannot believe how bad @eahelp is. I have put in multiple requests to have them look at my Apex account that was hacked when we were doing MDI cups. Every ticket leads to no response its been over a month of constant attempt to reach out. didn't respond to a dm on twitter1/2
until the morning i got verified(LMAO) and that conversation led to them just saying I need to open another ticket. every ticket I open has them not respond but still says "waiting on player". In a world of bad tech support this is a new low.

Same thing happened to me last year. It took me 3 total months to get my account back and unbanned. It was hacked and whoever hacked it cheated and got it banned. I went through multiple people and they said "you'll get it email" after 3 months someone actually helped me.
Dude, same thing happened to me. At about the same time?! I used the live chat to reset my password but didn’t get any response ever since. „I will hand it over to our tos department“. I mean, I don’t even play apex anymore, but was worried about my personal information.
I legit had to fight with EA customer support for 8 years (no exaggeration) to fix my account.
