shadowlands biggest potential downfall is putting this much dev time into torghast and balancing covenants(seems impossible) that they’ll pay less attention to class design. They're just worried about the potential flaws in the expansion that are obvious to those paying attention. When you play the game for a full time job and have seen the same mistakes made again they're going to say something about it. They want the game to be better.

Class designs and the gameplay failings of that design in BfA should be their biggest worry IMO. BfA has very legitimate problems with content design. But it’s magnified across the board for every player because of bad class designs and class gameplay in that mediocre content.

Torghast failing would be bad, but if class designs suck even if Torghast is awesome the players still lose.

Covenants abilities and soulbinds just need to be deleted. Instead focus on class design, give us an extra talent row, and stop with temporary power systems permanently. Return the game to level, gear, and play instead of level, grind grind grind and grind some more.

I'm so glad someone said it. Wtf is with all this borrowed power? Why even spend all this time on something designed not to last? Maybe make some meaningful class changes to feral/shadow. Maybe make Healer mastery, or mastery in general for that matter, dynamic and interesting.
