We are when were taking focus away from the issue vice the response to the issue.

Literally right now, instead of focusing and highlighting the root cause of what is going on we're talking about looting as if that is more pressing than the systemic racial injustice that is what the protesting is about. I'm sorry if that wasn't a clear point.

But instead of focusing on the asshole being in jail, and justice at least beginning to be on the right track for George, people are still rioting, looting, and destroying their communities; stealing other people's livelihoods while hiding behind the mask of social injustice.
