  It depends a bit, when I am checking what the streamers are doing to chose something to watch, 90% chance to leave as soon as the ad shows, but when I want to watch someone/something specific I will stay. Still worth trying to get rid of it

  I agree, a lot of times if I’m looking for new content, the preroll is really frustrating because I want to quickly see if I’m interested or not and if not, try another. The pre roll makes this process very frustrating so I rarely search new streams now unless recommended.

  I fucking hate those ads. A friend breaks out laughing, links me a stream and when the 30s forced ad is up the funnx thing might be over. Im not a frequent twich viewer, maybe like half an hour a day and ive clicked off of countless streams cause the ad bothers me

  Honestly, I considered not going Affiliate because of ads (I did end up going Affiliate under the basis of funding my stream) I feel bad for my viewers without ad blockers. I really don’t want them to miss content, ya know?

  The sad truth is that I zap so much between channels (I watch between 2 and 10 hours daily) that I eventually got so fed up with ads that I decided to stop subbing to channels and instead got Twitch Turbo...
