Hey Max. My friends and I do not live in the USA, and we've had this happen for like the past 2-3 weeks (kinda stopped yesterday). It's happening every other arena as well, and alt f4ing and coming back seemed to fix it most times ->

Could be that Cox turned all their home modems into hotspots. This was something that they had been planning on doing.

Cox is impacted worse than every other ISP, because they have been neglecting their network, and overselling bandwidth for years... People have been complaining about it for years, and it has taken corona virus for it to finally crash and burn. Cox needs to be held accountable!!
