Man the proc chance for Corrupted gear in 8.3 better be high af considering there's 19 different bonus effects that can roll on your gear and 16 of them have 3 different tiers. Obviously most of them are gonna be shit compared to the ones you really want. Love having more RNG.
We did a ton of sampling of this on the ptr and it seems easily less likely than a 5 ilvl warforge was. There’s a reason we’ve been complaining.
