I forgot the ap from mythic islands but if it’s 375 that is 320 islands. Much less if you clear ap wq and everything. It’s absolutely doable for hardcore grinders to finish it before heroic week but even easier to have it for mythic where it really counts
I dont think any single person will have 80 before heroic week unless they change the numbers. Its more like a calculating incidental AP gained in heroic or mythic week. No sane being will be in islands past the first week.

If you include a full clear of heroic + 2 reset openings.... 75 by mythic release isn’t that bad.

you can get 75 literally on day 2 this is not relevant this is about 80

Well not 80 no but the biggest increase is at 75 for your third minor. That’s the main grind. After that you get another stam trait which is helpful still but unless your @Thdlock or @mikedjeb you’ll probably be good with 75
