Tried explaining this to people but they seemingly dont get it
Every item needs to drop corrupted in 8.3. With the current system it needs to roll it in the first place(RNG) then roll the correct corruption(RNG) then roll the highest tier (RNG). This is infinitely worse than titanforging. Removing one layer will make it way less bad.

You don't actually want highest tier early, you get more bang for your buck with tier 1 pieces. On farm you want highest but you would rather have 2 tier 1s than a tier 3 early on. Of course if you only get 1 piece you want the tier 3 though

The fact that this system is this convoluted is a big red flag though, thankfully it's only here for 1 tier

JUST GET RID OF THE TIERS. corrupted item drops is it the one you want? no cleanse, is it a good one and you arent capped keep.
